§ 1 Scope of the Terms and Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions apply to all our contracts and orders in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.
2. The buyer’s general terms and conditions are rejected here; they do not become part of the contract.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

1. Your contract is concluded upon our acceptance of your order.
2. This contract acceptance occurs upon delivery of goods or provision of services by easyglue.
3. We will immediately confirm receipt of electronic orders electronically; However, this does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
4. § 3 Cancellation policy

The following right of withdrawal does not apply if you place an order for the purpose of your own commercial or independent professional activity.
1. Right of withdrawal

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (eg letter, fax, email) or, if the item is handed over to you before the expiry of the period, by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery). In the case of the provision of services, however, not before conclusion of the contract and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246, Section 1 Para. 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations pursuant to Section 312 e Para. 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246, Section 3 EGBGB.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice or the item in good time. The cancellation notice must be sent to:

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases of Section 312 d Paragraph 4 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
2. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned, along with any benefits derived (eg, interest). If you are unable to return the received service in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation for the value. For services, this may result in you still being required to fulfill your contractual payment obligations for the period up to the revocation.

This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection, as would have been possible in a store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration resulting from the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your own property and refraining from anything that could impair their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the return costs if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed €40, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be sent by parcel post will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of your cancellation notice or the goods; for us, with their receipt.
3. Special Notes

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

§ 4 Buyer’s inspection obligations

1. The images, drawings, and technical data presented on our website are subject to ongoing changes by the product manufacturers. Product photos do not necessarily depict the scope of delivery, but merely symbolize the purchased item and may differ from the delivered goods.
2. You are obligated to carefully and precisely check incoming goods to ensure that the stated data and values ​​match your order. You must thoroughly verify the functionality of the ordered goods before further use and ensure that the delivered items are suitable for your intended use.
3. Merchants are also subject to the inspection and complaint obligations under commercial law.

§ 5 Availability of goods

If the ordered goods are not available or the service cannot be provided or an equivalent product cannot be delivered, you will receive a refund of the purchase price including shipping costs.

§ 6 Shipping costs

A flat delivery and shipping fee will be charged. These costs are listed separately in the easyglue shop.

§ 7 Prices

Prices are net, plus statutory VAT. Otherwise, the list prices apply at the time of order acceptance.

§ 8 Warranty, Limitation Period

1. The warranty period is one year for single-shift operation or three months for multi-shift operation, but not more than a total operating time of 1,000 hours starting from the date of our delivery. Wear parts are excluded. The purchaser must notify us of any defects immediately in writing and send us the defective goods free of charge. The purchaser’s right to assert claims for defects shall expire in all cases six months from the time of timely notification, but no earlier than upon expiration of the warranty period. Any warranty claim of the customer shall expire if the customer, either himself or through third parties, makes modifications or repairs to goods delivered or repaired by us without our written consent.
2. Further claims by the purchaser, in particular claims for compensation for damage not caused to the delivered item itself, are excluded.

§ 9 Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for goods purchased as described.

§ 10 Place of jurisdiction, choice of law

1. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Augsburg.
2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

Data protection notice:

1. Personal data is information that indicates your identity: name, address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
We store your personal data and the data of the ordered goods only to the extent necessary to process and process your order. We do not share your personal data with third parties.

2. When you visit our website, information about the access (date, time, page viewed, shopping cart contents) may be stored on our server. This data is not considered personal data; it is anonymized. We evaluate it exclusively for statistical purposes.
