Do I need to create an account to purchase an item?

No, but creating an account is to your advantage. By setting up (or using) an account during the purchase process, you will make 3 things easier for yourself:

- Track the delivery status of your order
- Change or cancel your order
- Use your previous orders to save time

Is a tax-free order possible?

Yes, under certain circumstances. We only have to charge tax if you order to Germany or within the EU without a valid VAT ID.

As soon as you have filled in your delivery address completely, the taxes will be calculated or removed depending on your details

How long does it take until I receive the articles?

This depends on the location. The standard delivery time is:

- Germany 1-3 working days
- European Union 2-5 working days
- Europe 2-6 working days
- Worldwide 2-10 working days
