Description

The MMKD-400 cold glue valve with solenoid valve and long nozzle as well as grid regulation is the optimum solution for precise and reproducible cold glue applications. The electro-pneumatic control ensures reliable and even glue dosing even at high switching frequencies.

The robust glue valve is designed for adhesive pressures of up to 80 bar and offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of industrial glue application requirements thanks to various nozzle diameters from 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm. It is available with a solenoid coil of 24V DC or 230V AC. The integrated grid adjustment allows the application quantity to be adjusted quickly and easily directly at the glue valve.

The spray head for cold glue can be easily integrated into existing application systems and is fully compatible with Baumer hhs®/hhs®.
