Cold glue valve MMKD-400 with short nozzle and grid

The MMKD-400 cold glue valve with short nozzle and grid regulation is the optimum solution for precise and reproducible cold glue applications. The pneumatic control via external compressed air ensures reliable and consistent glue dosing even at high switching frequencies.

The robust glue valve is designed for adhesive pressures of up to 80 bar and offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of industrial glue application requirements thanks to various nozzle diameters from 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm. The integrated raster regulation enables the application quantity to be adjusted quickly and easily directly on the glue valve.

The spray head for cold glue can be easily integrated into existing application systems and is fully compatible with Baumer hhs®/hhs®.
